Do you want to understand and process your emotions better?


In our sessions I will really listen and sit alongside as you try to make sense of it all.  We will work together to form a trusting relationship and I will listen with empathy and compassion, not criticism or judgement. With time and our developing relationship you will be able to be completely yourself, maybe for the first time.  


I will ask questions and gently challenge you to maybe see things differently and also help you to explore who you really are,  understand your emotions and accept yourself. 


Therapy aims to be a space where you feel safe and ultimately able to explore some of the stuff we never want anyone to see but once we get there it can help us begin to heal.


I am a person-centred counselling therapist which means I believe, with the right conditions and the right therapeutic relationship, anyone can find their true self and develop to reach their full potential. 


Person-centred therapy is not a quick fix, it takes time and a trusting therapeutic relationship to explore some really deep stuff. Therapy aims to help you develop your own self-awareness and skills to know and understand yourself and process your emotions better.  Ultimately it will help you feel better about yourself.

I am an experienced  South East London based BACP registered counselling therapist with proven experience supporting a diverse range of clients in private practice, education and the community. I work online so this allows me to work with clients across the UK whch means full accessibility as location is not a problem.



I specialise in working with ADHD and daughters who have experienced emotionally absent mothers.

ABOUT ME

"My drive to become a therapist has always been to give my clients the amazing and life changing experience I had in my own therapy."


I started my own therapy as I was fed up feeling depressed and not good enough, I wanted something to change.  Sitting with a therapist who I learned to trust and who really listened with empathy and compassion was so powerful for me. I was able to un-become some of the things I thought about myself and realise I was actually OK. Therapy is not a quick fix and it takes time and commitment to discover who you really are underneath all the layers.

I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step to investing in yourself but believe me its well worth it!


I am a late diagnosed ADHD therapist so I have been through my own journey through ADHD realisation, diagnosis, grief and acceptance. 


I come from an education background before moving on to teaching photography in schools and now therapeutic counselling. I have experience working with all kinds of people. I have always been fascinated with people's behaviour, emotions and relationships and strive to learn more about myself through supervision and training plus my own ongoing personal development.

This will be at an agreed regular weekly time and sessions will be payable at least 48 hrs in advance by BACS.


48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.
